9/10Excellent food and service. Our 4th visit and we were remembered. Keep coming back. Good location. Always get a seat, however, we come off peak and book ahead.

4.5/10Meal was okay but nothing to write home about. The nail in the coffin was being overcharged and an unadvertised service charge being added to our bill both of which we refused to pay. Tried the branch in Streatham last week which is not as yet on the fork but better service and better food. Will go there next time.

8.5/10Food was absolutely phenomenal and some of the best sushi I had in London, but as alluded to by most of the other reviews, you need to go up to the counter to order, so not really able to give a good indication on what service levels would be like.

9/10More of a takeaway place with tables - e.g. the Miso soup was served in a paper cup and takeaway wooden spoon. However, service was efficient and the food was good.

6.5/10The food taste fine, so that's a good start. It just didnt get better. I booked via the fork, so didn't realise it was a fast service, low amenities facility. Effectively a takeaway with tables. A place to refuel with nice tasting food, not a restaurant to sit and enjoy a meal. It doesnt even have a loo. We had booked via the fork, 30 % discount offer. It was only when we left, I realised they hadn't given us they discount. That left a bad taste

8/10Excellent sushi; perfect for a quick casual bite. 'Service' is slightly generous, as you have to order (yet still get charged a service fee), and to get to the toilet you have to go through the kitchen which just seems odd and not very appealing from a health & safety perspective!
