6/10Had Sunday lunch at the tawny owl, very disappointing, both meals were cold so sent back, although quickly remind by pouring hot gravy all over meals the roast potatoes were unedible, hard to cut into and after we managed to do that they tasted sour, not nice. Can't fault the service though.

8.5/10Greeting and waitress service really welcoming and helpful. Eve was a great listener as she served us. Drinks and food served smoothly and promptly. Camembert starter sparse and side salad limited. Otherwise good honest food reasonably priced. Thank you.

10/10We five of us all greatly enjoyed our meal at the attractive Tawny Owl. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient. We sat at a table in a quiet corner, well distanced from others, which suited us well.
