Lovely servers. Very helpful. Amazing food.
Nice food, nice staff. A trip to Nepal with momos!
Thankfully came across this reastaurant online excellent food and very good value for money, wonderful staff. Decided to give it a go from the good reviews it had and we certainly were not dissapointed. Would definatley return if ever back in Amsterdam
The food was really good. The service was also great.
We were the last ones to go. Very nice personal service from the start, till the end. Really good food.
The staff were lovely and attentive to us being foreign. They spoke great English and were welcoming. It’s a hidden gem as you wouldn’t pick to go there if wasn’t for other reviews and this app. They gave us 50% off via this app as well, they honored and I got the sense they were proud to offer us a deal and didn’t make it awkward. Great place to go if you struggle to find dining areas. :)
Staff was nice and the food was top notch. Would definitely recommend
The food is very good !! However, even if the staff is cheerful and polite, we still waited almost 1.5 hours to be served, when we had ordered only one main dish. Many people were served before us ... would this be related to our booking via TheFork (and therefore 50% reduction)?
Delicious food but 40 min to get to order. Seems like a chef was missing but only got to hear it because they said so to another table. They would ignore us instead of informing us of the delay. It took us 1h40 min to get the food from when we entered the restaurant. The least would be to be warned. Good service and food still.
Very lovely staff member. Very hospital.
Nice place and good food
We visited The Yeti on 19th February and booked an early meal (18:00) table for 4 with our two children after reading the few but very positive tripadvisor & The fork reviews. It’s a small restaurant up a short but steep flight of stairs and is casual but nicely laid out and not cramped. Our children ordered typical Indian curries & biryanis and loved them. Not having had Nepalese food before, I ordered the mo-mo starters ( little steamed dumplings ) with an amazing dip and the Thakali main ( a mixture of different meat curries , rice , pickle and ghee served in little bowls on a large plate. My wife had the vegetarian version. We both thought the food was really excellent with delicate flavours and all tasted very fresh. The nan was so light and soft - a new experience for us. We are from the UK and eat Indian food fairly often ( typical uk westernised version) and this was far superior in our opinion. They also cater well for vegans it seems as table next to us ordered all vegan and seemed impressed. We had their homemade pistachio kulfi which was also extremely good! The food really was outstanding! All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant is newly opened ( 3 months ) but deserves to do very well. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!
Great food, large portions, friendly staff. Would return.
A little restaurant with attentive staff, very keen to get the right spice level for each of us, which they got exactly right. Fabulous food, we had the 4 dish Tibetan non-beef and the 3 dish Tibetan veg. Each was a good portion but not too big for us to finish! Couldn't recommend it more.
