    Carta espectacular de temporada y proximidad (mercado y proveedores cercanos), cocina cuidada al extremo, creativa y espectacular relación calidad-precio, pero sin duda lo mejor de la experiencia es el trato exquisito y la cercanía de Kuko Sainz, un genio del diseño y de la cocina que guía la experiencia a través de la música y las percepciones del sabor, sin duda para repetir muchas veces en la vida

    Fantástica velada y con un servicio muy personal. Disfrutamos al máximo de una cena tranquila y a capricho. Enorme el parmentier del que quedó solo imagen en nuestra retina. Para el maridaje cambiaría él Sincronía mallorquín, Oveja Blanca perfecto.
