The service was very attentive, friendly and professional and the food was just as good. Although our stomachs were completely full we couldn’t resist the chocolate bomb to complete the dining experience, so glad we did as it was an experience all on its own. I rate this a 10/10 dining experience.

This is our go to place for dinner. Always exceptional. Never had a bad meal or bad service. Prices are reasonable. Wine selection is good. Best on the coast.

We enjoyed visiting this restaurant for the first time. The food was beautifully presented but not quite excellent, the chips were not as hot as they could have been, the portion size of the porchetta was too big and slightly dry. The service was pleasantly attentive and not overbearing. Happy birthday to the owner on 03/03!

Always enjoy eating at Three Bar and Grill. Apart from well presented fresh food, the staff are always pleasant and good value for money. This small business is definitely worth supporting.

This restaurant serves great food and is good value for money. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the wait staff. Menu explanations were complicated staff tried unsuccessfully to memorise orders rather than write them down. Also glasses and bottles cleared from all tables were left covering the bar for the entire time of our visit.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Three and will be back. The lamb shanks and salon were amazing!! And the deserts were incredible. No wonder it's so popular. Thanks for the awesome service they were friendly and really professional.

I have eaten at this restaurant a few times now and I love it. The staff are attentive but fussing over you all the time - which is perfect. Alec is just the nicest person and the manager is lovely as well. The whole experience of eating there makes it one of my favourite places to eat.

We have been to Three many times and this was clearly the worst service we have ever received. When the wine was poured out all the glasses where left at the end of the table and we had to pass around ourselves, we has to ask for our food plates to be removed one finished, then with dessert we had to ask for spoons, took 10 mins to get another glass of coke and the empty glass was not taken when delivered - all just basic parts of service you expect. The service level has decreased after the original maitre d' left some 2 months ago. the food was fine even though I cant believe that a restaurant can run out of beef for the burger on a Saturday. When discussed with the maitre d' she said she would talk with the other person on but she was just a poor and responsible for some of the above.

The food and service was great, we were served promptly lovely friendly staff. The day was very hot and we were sweating profusely so some air conditioning and some fans is necessary to make the experience more enjoyable.

Been to this restaurant many times and since it has moved to Caloundra (which I was most pleased about), have been disappointed (this is now my second visit - benefit of the doubt after disappointing 1st experience) Waited for service, restaurant being set up and cleaned around us (despite being open), food is still nice, but the quality has slipped from Dicky Beach; no specials anymore. Service friendly, however, just a couple of little nuances - waited to order a drink, glass for beer couldn't hold the full serve etc. For the cost, all these things matter, esp given location and competition. Overall, found the experience a little lack lustre for the price yet again....will be looking elsewhere as this was to celebrate a special occasion.
