Such a great restaurant, the food was delicious, very big portions :) The staff was welcoming and very prompt, with a child friendly atmosphere.

An overpriced restaurant in Braga which leaves a lot to be desired. We were welcomed by an unprofessional waiter which seemed to be very attracted by the women of the table making continuous eye contact and monopolising a conversation with them while making sarcastic patronising comments towards the man of the table. We found that behaviour very strange and rude. He continued by insisting on a wine he wanted to promote (obviously more expensive) accompanied by patronising comments and had to struggle to order the one we wanted. Also he insisted on getting the baby lamb which ended up to be a bunch of unacceptable and inedible pieces of bones and lard. We also ordered the beef to share and while he insisted to have it rarely cooked, we specifically instructed to have it medium. To our astonishment it arrived very rare. At that point we were already looking forward to leaving. The night continued with a series of bad jokes addressed at the women of the table. From all the great Braga restaurants we have visited this was a surprising bad experience.

Very good service and food

Eating out in Portugal is typically inexpensive. But this restaurant is expensive. You also get charged for the starters that are brought to the table. Watch out for the taxes that range from 13-23%. The food was good but it was hard to get the meat off the tiger shrimp. The service was friendly and the ambiance is nice.
