IL LOCALE - Il ristorante Tiraboschi 6 propone cucina mediterranea con interessanti rivisitazioni contemporanee. L'ambiente è tradizionale, perfetto sia per cene in famiglia sia per occasioni romantiche. I PIATTI FORTI - Provate i fiori di zucca in pastella ripieni di ricottina di bufala, il polpo croccante con crema di pane pomodoro e peperone arrostito, la stracciatella di Andria con mandorle e paprika affumicata e il filetto di manzo ai porcini freschi con cubi di patate al timo. DESSERT - Tra i dolci sono molto apprezzati il budino di cachi con crumble di arachidi salate e la tarte tatin tiepida con gelato allo zabaione.
