Tobiko es un lugar de peregrinaje para los amantes de la gastronomía japonesa. Un restaurante que gira en torno al sushi y sus múltiples variedades. Que los productos son de primerísima calidad se nota (el atún se deshace en la boca). Una de sus mayores apuestas son los combos para llevar, formados por diferentes piezas de sushi, ensaladas, brochetas, etc. Curioso, también, es el tiramisú de té verde donde el cacao se sustituye por una fina lámina de chocolate. En suma, un espacio con una decoración muy cuidada (destacan las paredes negras y blancas) y tranquilo (algo escondido si no conoces Valencia) para disfrutar de la comida nipona.
