Tucked in at the back and hard to get in. Being knocked around by folks passing. Waited for ages for puddings. Had to ask for bill twice. Toilets SHOCKING. Need a cleaner!!

I went with a party of 8 brothers and sister for a meet up and really enjoyed the food and the service was very good and quick . We all had a carvery and the whole meal was delicious ????

I have had table booked for 15.00 when we arrived, we have been blanked by I am guessing the manager of the restaurant but luckily another member of the staff spotted my disappointment and offered her assistance and we have been served wonderfully. When I discussed about my food allergies, there was another lady that helped me to choose my meal and doubled checked with the chef in regards to gluten and lacto containment. All in all we enjoyed our meals. Thank you Kasia

Food was good as was the service however we thought the planning and positioning of customers need addressing. Eg. Children's and non children's eating area, feel this would complete the eating at Tobys a better experience .

As usual, everything was excellent, Ambience, service and food all first class. Greeted as we entered, Waitress took our drink order immediately we were seated, delivered within 5 mins.

We ate mid afternoon and there was only one or two other people inside dining at this time which was good for us. Food was good, service was fast and staff kept asking how things were, overall a good visit, thank you.

Hi, we went to Toby for a date night .I hadn’t been for several years. First impressions were not good . What is the duct tape for on the door? We were greeted by two members of staff who showed us to our seats. There was food on the floor but it was cleaned immediately..The place is tired and dowdy. The roast potatoes were hard not fluffy inside and the gravy was lumpy and not hot. The sauces needed a tidy up. On the whole not a bad experience but needs much more cleaning and tidying.

Queues outside whilst empty tables stood empty awaiting to be cleaned,ignored whilst waiting to be seated,had to ask 4 times for the bill before receiving it then wait again for card machine,some staff working hard others just stood around chatting,very poor will not be visiting again
