Staff superb food excellent cannot recommend the toby enough didn't have to wait carvery food was well stocked chef was extremely polite and helpful as was all the waitresses

Had a lovely carvery, the food was delicious and fresh. Max & Marie were rushed off their feet, but they still had a nice smile on their faces, an asset to Castle Bromwich Carvery.

I booked for my wife’s 80 birthday when we ordered bass fish we were told n/available I asked the manager why, he said none had been available before the pandemics. I asked him why is it on the menu . It just is, so why can’t you cross it off, he said if I phoned ahead he would have told me. He said what do you want me to do “phone the police”. I said his attitude was unbecoming for a manager. “So what” he said. What’s your name it’s Sam and your second name. I am not telling you. I asked a waitress what’s his second name, he shouted to her “don’t tell him. Then we left, my wife was very upset after. I told him it is my wife birthday today.” Tell her happy birthday “ sarcastically he said as we left.

I was very disappointed. The cauliflower cheese was black in the middle and totally un eatable. I was offered a free pudding but was surprised that only the waitress was concerned. Otherwise food was OK

Hi I went for carvery today at 6pm with my friend, i was very disappointed in the food as it wasn't warm at all and the peas and carrots was hard, I feel that the meat was dry and over cooked, I asked for pigs in blankets with my order i recieve them 10 minutes after I ordered them, I feel the staff was running around as I walked down to the carvery I had 2 members of staff push pass me to get to where they was going not one off them apologise or said sorry.

have become regular diners at Bradford Arms. Why? Pleasant surroundings, pleasant, polite, helpful Staff, both Male and Female. Good choice of meats and vegetables etc. Value for money!
