8.5/10Vegetables rather under cooked for our liking and as we have we have mentioned in the past it would make our meals much more enjoyable if the food was hot rather than warm.

8.5/10The restaurant was very nice and the staff were excellent, very attentive and very happy to help out. We spilt a drink and they quickly wiped it away and replaced it free of charge so well done and thank you for this. Food choice was good but the amount of meat on the meal seemed small, however the quality was very nice. Th only real criticism was that the roast potatoes were very dry inside and out which was a pity. Overall we had a very nice meal and we will definitely be going back very soon.

5/10This toby is in need of a complete refurb. Its dirty and the toilets are disgusting need complete replacement. Bu must say the staff are excellent

5.5/10Chids meal need changing my grandson had chicken nuggets came in a bowl then had to que to get veg and mash so his chicken nuggets were cold when he got back to table also meat was very fatty and no mash but no alternative

5/10My wife and I arrived for our 5 pm booking and signed in we were shown to our table and ordered drinks. while waiting for them to arrive we noticed the length of the line for the servery. Our drinks came and we joined the line. It took 40 minutes in the line before we reached the serving hatch. There were no Yorkshire puddings available or vegetarian gravy at this time. some of the available vegetables were not labelled and I had to ask what they were. From entering the restaurant food que to returning to our seats was 40 minutes. this is just no good practice. When I queried this I was told that this was at this time of the year normal. As I have difficulty standing for long periods. I shall not be returning. I have on 3 previous occasions been in and out inside an hour, yesterday took over 2 and a half hours in total Just not the welcoming hospitality that I have previously encountered . So I will say good bye. Yours David Anderson.

2/10The waitress was rude, the pub itself was so busy the line for food was ridiculous! Knew we should of left by this point… food was so disappointing i never eaten here before and will never again! Meat was fatty, roast potatoes were soggy & covered in oil. Veg was solid as a rock & the gravy was extremely lumpy! Vile food

8/10We a bit disappointed with beef couldn’t cut it couldn’t eat it normally it very good and tasty other than that it was good So hopefully next time it will be okay

10/10Before the COVID restrictions we used to go there every so often, the food is always good and hot. Since lockdown eased first time we for the breakfast which was also excellent . We now go for family birthdays and anniversaries. Never been disappointed

9.8/10We just have the veg which is great value and even has veg gravy. Only downside is the wine which is too expensive, could do with a value house range.
