You book a table get there and tell you., You have to wait 20 mins or more cos they give out tables to ever turns up. . Poor management poor Customer service

We thought the vegetables had been hanging around for a few hours and were past their best especially the sprouts and peas. As I don't eat meat this was disappointment.Staff were friendly and efficient.

I’ve been eating at Toby Horsforth for years and have never had a problem with any of the carvery meals there. The staff have always been professional so I can’t knock anything at all.

We will be back it was perfect, sadly I usually work Sundays but will definitely be booking again , the whole experience was spot on, there was no room for pudding due to no wastage on plates ????

Great food. Friendly and helpful people who work at toby carvery were lovely. We're seated at table quickly and the experience was very easy and enjoyable. Would go again for a family meal with children

Staff were great food was great value for money excellent. It wasn’t busy but it was a Monday evening. I imagine it’s got a good vibe on a weekend, will definitely return

Staff lovely. Ordered carvery. Was nice...just not enough meat. Only 2 small pieces. Plenty of everything else. For a CARVERY they needed to carve off a bit more meat!

Taken straight to a seat no hanging around, food lovely as ever and the staff really helpful. Travel from Harrogate but well worth it. Will visit again soon

Booked a table for 4 at 18.15. Received phone call at approximately 5pm informing me they had run out of beef! Arrived at 18.15, shown to table,went to Carvery. Stuffing burnt stuck to dish would have to wait 10minutes for next batch, proceeded to gravy table, no gravy! After some delay ate our main courses. Waitress came to take order for desserts, asked for sponge pudding, no sponge pudding! Not a very satifactory visit, we were planning to book for a festive family meal but unles we can be sure everything on the menu is available we will visit again soon before we decide.
