Staff were pleasant, service was OK. Meat was dry and tough. Our sitting was 6pm and the veg looked like it was from afternoon service. Looked old. Roast potatoes were burnt but soggy. Very upsetting as this was a treat for my granddaughter.

Even though it was school half term & was busy. Staff were attentive, polite & straight to us after sitting down. Toby Kings Norton always has all food available with only short waiting times

Staff worked really hard but had difficulty with the high numbers of customers. The meat and desserts were lovely but the vegetables ranged from undercooked to mushy..

It was very busy but we soon got a table. The queue for the Carvery was long but soon moved on. Food hot with plenty of selection of vegetables. Left completely satisfied.

Food was disappointing at the carvery as nothing had much flavour to it. It was quite bland. The stuffing tasted of nothing and the roast potatoes weren’t crisp

The service was poor, we ordered pigs in blankets and they never arrived, the waitress had forgotten to put the order in. When desert time came, they had ran out of nearly all the deserts .

Food was Luke warm and dry. Meat was gristle not worth the money I paid. Drinks arrived just prior to leaving. On the whole an extremely disappointing meal.

Carvery was nice, but the queuing system made no sense as we were doubled back on ourselves. We had booked a table but it wasn't ready on time and when we tried to order desserts we were told the kitchen had closed. Pub closed early which was a shame as my friend and I had gone for a catch up.

I Really Love coming to the Carvery lovely atmosphere made me & my sister welcome feeling comfortable. Staff Are So friendly. Food is out of this world.

Very pleasant meal. Turkey was excellent as it always is. Manager very attentive , quickly got us to our seats, waitress very friendly. Onlt deficiency in the evening was the fact that the roast potatoes were a bit overcooked and hard to cut. Desserts were excellent. Will come back again

Mean on beef portion :( roasters were ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Coliflour cheese hard No Yorkshire puddings left But still nice xxxx
