The booking system needs attention. I was trying to book for 15 persons but couldn't. A maximum of 6 I then found another Toby website where the numbers were not limited. It then told me that lunchtime was full within 2 hours of my booking which I knew to be not true. I went back to the original site and made 3 bookings using different email addresses. When I arrived at the restaurant the place was empty. How much business are you losing by telling customers you are full when you aren't

We always enjoy going to The Fork and it’s one of our regular Sunday lunch venues, unfortunately today the restaurant was inundated with children who were not being supervised and getting under people’s feet whilst they were getting back to their seats with their food, the manager was doing a Stirling job at asking them to go back to their seats etc but unfortunately the parents of the children were not even aware of where their children were sometimes. I know at one time that the travellers were banned as the behaviour was so bad! I don’t have a problem at all as long as they are supervised. We will have to think again for Sunday lunch ????????

One of our favourite restaurants. We always leave absolutely stuffed. The food is good quality and very affordable. Much cheaper than other restaurants. This carvery is always busy, it's very popular in our area.

Staff are always so friendly, just wish they had more options for the vegetarian carvery as they sometimes are low on certain foods and especially the mac and cheese

All the staff seemed very stressed and the lady on the front reception was constantly just walking around coughing with no also heard staff saying oh they have finished and there just sitting around which is unfair

Very good service the waitress was really nice and polite. Excellent food. It was clean and tidy. The food was excellent hot and tasty. Very well lit.

The food was nice. The waitress seemed annoyed that we wanted to order from the menu and just assumed we all wanted the carvery. She got the drink order wrong and brought us someone else's food and seemed put out when we told her it wasn't ours.

The young lady that served us was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. She was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. We ordered a dessert for my daughter but she forgot to tell us there was no ice cream, which was not a problem but she very kindly used her discount when we came to pay. We said she didn't have to do that but she insisted.

Our experience at the fork was excellent tonight. The last time we went (just after restrictions were lifted) was appalling and we vowed never to return, so glad we gave it another chance as tonight it was superb! The food and staff was excellent.

Really sad have been here a few times in the past. And always enjoyed the ambiance the good food served with excellent staff but oh today what happened the worst tasteless food I have had the salt and pepper rust around the rim will not go back again so disappointing

The food was excellent there was nothing to fault only disappointment was no Chocolate Orange Mousse Cake. The apple pie was first rate Custard could have been hotter

We had Friday night dinner and it was lush, food was hot and tasted amazing, staff were great and very helpful! Definitely be coming back soon, great experience all round

Had a wonderful experience, our waitress was excellent and made a real fuss over incredibly good mannered 7 yr old grandson. I will be venturing back on a regular basis now restrictions easier.
