The staff on the door were friendly but although the booking was for 2pm the staff thought 2 30 so we weren't able to sit down, and unfortunately drinks were limited as there was no gas working

The carvery was very good. Food was hot and plentiful. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine has not been working for some time so that was disappointing. However we had sticky toffee pudding and custard. There was very little custard so we asked for more. We were then told there would be a charge for extra !!! It was a bit like Oliver asking for more in the Dickens book. I have never ever come across this before, especially when there wasn’t adequate to start with. Unbelievable really????

Popped in with my dad .as usual staff are very helpful always ask if you enjoyed your meal drinks are always quality beers . Roll on next week for another quality carvery.

The food was dried up. We dined at 4pm and I think the veg and the meat had been stood for hours . The food service was very slow. We waited 10 mins before anyone came out. Shame as we have been there a few times and it’s been good. Left hungry as it wasn’t edible

Very organised and efficient. Decent portions, not much selection veg wise - peas, carrots and corn?but they were cooked properly so could have been much worse. Meat (gammon) was lovely.

This is a busy restaurant and the queues for the carvery can be very long. So timing your reservation is key. The food is very good and the staff are very helpful and on the ball.

Shown to table quickly. Asked about allergies etc. Food wasn’t great. Couldn’t eat beef it was gristle and fat. Turkey didn’t have much taste. Swede was cold. Yorkshire pudding was like cutting cardboard. Waitress apologised and knocked £1.75 each off the cost of the meal but won’t be going back.

There was no pork brought out which was disappointing. I find the beef in Toby quite fatty and don't like gammon so therefore could only have turkey. Apart from that everything was fine.

Restaurant very cold, table we sat at not clean, waiter looked scruffy and dirty, larger for my partner was flat, John Smith's for me was warm, chef behind hot counter, very scruffy and filthy chefs whites on, meat was cold and tough, vegetables very cold. All in all very very disappointed in this dining experience, my birthday was totally ruined, il never ever visit Toby carvery in Morley again

I had the Lamb it was carved near the bone and had a lot of sinew. My friend had hears cut of afresh joint and was very good.

Good friendly staff, food was good but they advertise Pork and there was non so disappointing in that respect as its my favourite meat. Price wise I thought it was ok.

This was a great little restaurant, where the service is second to none - the staff were all helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was great. They catered for my 5yo offering better cutlery and a generous portion for his dessert. The food was as expected for 8pm, some of the roast potatoes had hardened, carrots were drying out and flies were casually sitting on the cauliflower cheese. On the plus side, portions of meat was generous, mash was fluffy and Yorkshire pudding was delicious. Beverages were served promptly and cocktails were made well!

food was cold some things very undercooked we used to go to the carvery twice a week before lockdown lets hope its soon back to normal lovely hot food and plenty of it
