Toby Streetly is the only Toby Carvery we use,it's well worth the round trip of 14 miles, Adam the waiter always greets us with a welcoming smile, the rest of the staff are friendly and courteous towards their customers.

Staff absolutely top notch but carvery not up to standard of Toby image today I’m afraid. Beef not only was fatty but tasted fatty. Cauliflower hardly cooked. Carrots just about cooked and peas dried out. Desserts were nice thankfully but when my Mom who’s 80 today so this was a birthday treat of her choice and eats once a day bar a little breakfast (by choice) says I’ll have to sort me a meal out for later I know it wasn’t good.

Our visit was a birthday treat for one of the three adults. The atmosphere, food, and service were second to none. we visit many times a year. The only downside on this occasion that the vegetarian gravy was too thin.

I would have given 5 Stars for food instead of 3 as that was down to the vegetarian gravy being too thin and the spinnage was far too soggy overcooked. Otherwise we would recommend The Toby carvery Streetly as first class dining and service ......we keep going back 2/6/23

Toby Streetly is by far the better of the Toby lnns we (three of us) travel a round trip of 20 miles to experience the hard working staff who go out of their way to make our lunch enjoyable, Tracey the manager is always on the go helping out with taking off the pressure with the waitresses, and Adam the waiter is always there to greet us and show us our table. We always book the table through the fork.co.uk

Like everywhere now what you get for your money has got less for the same price, l am referring to the amount of meat on the carvery as the vegetables are plentiful however, the veggies6 have more goodness especially the green ones. If someone wants turkey only then they should get at least four slices which accounts for a slice of each meat if pork/beef/gammon/turkey are on offer or any other combination.

We went for breakfast not evening meal. Coiac and asked the chef the ingredients in certain products. He was unhelpful and wasnt knowledge on allergies. No good when your a Coeliac. Didnt even divert me to a website

We have been to the Carvery, Parson and Clerk, the food was good but the waitress service was much to be desired, i had to find a waitress to order puddings for my friends. not good.

The food was lovely and hot, just as we like it. There was a very good choice of vegetables. Our drinks orders were taken soon after we arrived and were delivered to the table while we were getting our food. Good service

The beef was dripping in blood which made everything on plate taste like blood so i only ate under half of food. I complained about the gravy it was like coloured water so we were told to wait 10 minutes whike more was prepared . When it came out it was not much better. By then our food was ice cold, no offers made by staff to reheat food or tell us to get fresh food. My 16 year old daughter refused to eat her food it was so cold and tasted disgusting. I told the waiter he took her plate away. My 13 year old son was so hungry he ate 3/4 of his, but complained of stomach ache within minutes of eating. Two hours after we left he had been violently sick in his bed. The food was horrible, the service extremely poor, and I will be going there today to get a full refund. My family and I will never eat at a Tobey Carvery again.

Been going to this place for years and have always praised the food Tonight at the time of eating the Carvery food looked tired and tasted that way also The carver looked scruffy and had little personality. He needs to put some effort in when serving his customers

veg had dried up and not very hot i have been to the Toby numerous time this was the worst visit yet it will not put me off going again
