had a fork booking. staff said couldn't let me in coz it's a screenshot of the booking. never had this problem with any restaurant, not sure why that staff is making it complicated.

If you like your Carvery and only want carvery food then you will probably enjoy this. I didn’t expect everything to be Carvery based but I still enjoyed what I ordered. There is a childrens menu with things like chicken nuggets which was tempting to order off. Little car park so probably won’t get a space when it’s busy but you can park on the road if needed.

The food tonight was not worth the money - the Beef was fatty the pork looked dry and old the roast potatoes were extremely dry - keep this up and you will lose customers at a rate of knots

Lovely service, great food and excellent value for money. The bar staff, chefs and waitresses so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The roasted meats were delicious.

The quality of the food on this occasion wasn't up to the high standard we have been used to the beef was tough as old boots and the veggies were not fresh, it is if they had been in the bay Maree for hours on end a waste of good money

I visited Toby Carvery, Winwick Rd, Warrington after booking online. Staff ignored me when I arrived as they chatted to friends. After 6 or 7 minutes a member of staff on their break seated me. No drinks order taken, no service of staff, and it wasnt busy. Food was disappointing and I will not be returning, many much better establishments locally. The management obviously have no interest in customer care.

Difficult to find the entrance road had to double back. Warmly welcomed, staff very attentive and helpful. Got a little crowded when queue formed for carvery. Toilet facilities need a good overhaul and spruce up.

Fabulous food, I had the vegan carvery, really lovely fresh veg, gorgeous crispy roast potatoes and began veg tart was delicious. Dad had the normal carvery and really enjoyed it. Staff are lovely, friendly, chatty and really nice and helpful. A credit to your business.

Been going here for years. Today meat turned away from customers and carved on angle. At table it is 25% fat. 1st time ever anybody has left anything Service appaling Heatwave and windows dont open

this was our first visit to the carvery since the pandemic - and we loved it! Bit disappointed in the vegetable choice (I'm allergic to cheese, and it was in the cauliflower, the spinach, the leeks and the dauphinoise) so I just had carrots, roast and mash. Felt that there could have been another chef/server dealing with the veg, rather than having one person do the meat and the veg, as this exacerbated the serving time. By the time my granddaughter got back to the table with three meals, I joined the queue behind three other people, so this made my wait even longer (I'm a wheelchair user so had to wait to the side of the queue because my wheelchair wouldn't fit through the passage they'd created using tables). One thing none of us could understand, though, was the reason a waitress had to bring our plates to the table - surely all this meant was another person touching the plate? Having said all that - the meal itself was lovely - portion sizes were great, and the food was piping hot. Can't wait to go again

Staff were really attentive and the environment was covid secure, we were a party of 3 generations celebrating my daughter's birthday for our first trip out since lockdown began so it was very special celebration for us and the staff made sure that our visit was enjoyed by us, have been before so we knew we would get amazing food and service and were not disappointed,lovely time out for us

The restaurant was lovely, the service fantastic but the food let our stay down. Out of 10 people not one of us ate all our food. Most eaten was half a plate. 6 of us ate the carvery on offer while 4 had to wait until the Turkey was cooked. The 6 that ate was 4 adults and 2 kids, the kids were hungry so some of us ate what was available so the kids could be fed. This booking made in the morning was for our sons 20th birthday and why food wasn't available doesn't make sense. To have to wait 20-30 minutes for Turkey to be cooked meant we ate at different times which disrupted the children as they had to wait for 4 adults eating which they had no patience for. Was a let down I'm afraid.
