This fantastic restaurant only serves a few customers each evening and offers a full omakase menu at the highest level. (On Monday, we were alone with the chef and the owner.) You will need your time for the courses, so this is the place to go when the dinner itself is the event. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The quality and the preparation of the food were extraordinary as well as the service, of course. The evening was unforgettable!

Such a lovely omakase experience — incredible dishes expertly served. Especially loved the wagyu with caviar, the scallops, the sashimi, everything really. And great sake recommendations to go with the dishes. Thank you!
