In our opinion this place deserves a Michelin star. It's a "hole in the wall" and thereby authentic atmosphere and the food (we had the insider's 6 course menu) is spectacular. In a fancier setting they could charge double and serve less quality and still get away with it. We love the passionate owner and staff as well as the fantastic food and each visit is an experience that we cherish.
