About the restaurant Tragaluz

"Tragaluz is one of the most emblematic restaurants in Barcelona: from there you can see heaven in your city! Its three glass floors allow you to feel like you are on a terrace while you taste avant-garde Mediterranean recipes next to Passeig de Gràcia.

The logo of the restaurant was designed by Mariscal and to get to the dining room you have to go through the kitchen, pure innovation! There you will be able to enjoy traditional but updated and modern recipes adapted to current times. In addition, on the ground floor you will have the opportunity to taste delicious cocktails and novelties such as the ceviche and sushi bar or the kusiyaki Japanese grill bar.

All of this complemented by excellent service that will make the evening unforgettable. Discover the modern alternative to the traditional restaurant!"

The cuisine is delicious and appealing to our appetite. The service is very considerate as our main courses were served into two dishes in view of sharing of food with my wife.

Distinctively modern chic. Open plan with exposed, yet non-obtrusive, kitchen which adds a buzz to the environment

Unforgettable dinner, especially the appetizers veal carpaccio with foie gras and black truffle, and a mushroom, foie gras, with egg yolk in a bed of truffled mashed potato. Absolutely unreal!! By the way, all Grupo Tragaluz restaurants we went to in Madrid and Barcelona were absolutely awesome, without exceptions!!

Have been to Tragaluz many times over the years. This visit was really unpleasant. Service was horrible, and prices have escalated to the unreasonable level. It is now a restaurant that is more a tourist trap than a fine dining experience.

Beautifully quiet oasis with a stunning slanted glass roof. Outstanding lunch of appetizers of eggplant and squid and entrees of cod and sea bass. Desserts were wonderful. English menu. Friendly service.
