10/10We were a party of 5. We decided to share all our dishes so we could try more. The staff was accommodating, clearing dishes and resetting the table between courses of all the excellent food. We also appreciated that we could a have great conversation without loud background noise. We had a great evening!

4/10Steak was undercooked and was still the same after being cooked a second time There was no apology, staff ignored us and rushed to remove the steak plate as soon as possible Owner tried to brush aside with a drink and some biscottis No apology, full bill paid

7.5/10The food served was good. I actually booked having read a review for good pizzas in Palermo. Guess what ? No pizzas on the menu. Not a real problem, I had aubergines cooked in tomato and Parmesan to start, followed by pork cooked with green pepper corns and potatoes. The food was appetising and a good size portion. The house wine was very good too. Too many tables crammed into too small a space made it a bit cramped. Two courses, two glasses of wine and a bottle of water cost me €45, so not cheap.

10/10This is a local community restaurant, frequented by locals and if you find someone eating there from outside Sicily, it is because someone recommended. That is how ended up there and I must say, it was fantastic. Not an epicurean extravagance, but a real Sicilian dinner, prepared with excellence and served with patience. If I return to Palermo, it is worth visiting and getting away from the tourists. Make sure you ask for the pizza menu, we are off the dinner menu, but the pizza’s looked amazing

10/10What a wonderful find in a side street off a main road. Absolutely delicious dinner in charming Sicilian restaurant. Very helpful waiter (owner?) and would definitely recommend to others

10/10We made a reservation for 7:30, very few people there yet, offered a table inside or outside. We chose inside, which is beautifully decorated in a simple and elegant way. Service was quick but didnt feel rushed at all. English here is somewhat limited, no english menu, but we figured it out and had one of our best meals after having spent 2 weeks on the mainland, which is saying a lot. I had the insalate di mare, lovely fresh shrimp, mussels, calamari, octopus, room temp, in a citrus dressing, almost a ceviche. Husband had bucatini con sarde with fennel fronds and bread crumbs. Mains were salamone with pistachio! So delicious. And grilled branzino, deboned at the table. We had an excellent dry white wine from trapani. No room for dessert! So happy we came here!
