MENU' DI TERRA E DI MARE - Il pesce ha un posto di rilievo nella cucina pugliese e il ristorante lo serve anche al forno, al cartoccio e, naturalmente, fritto. Tante le carni, spesso preparate alla griglia, e non mancano le verdure di stagione cucinate secondo ricette casalinghe e saporite. Da provare le polpette di polpo.
