10/10Truly a hidden gem in Florence. Best meal I’ve had here and the most memorable dining experience. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a charming owner whose family has run Trattoria Pandemonio for 35 years. A must-visit for authentic Florentine cuisine and hospitality.

10/10Celebrated birthday here: was absolutely outstanding! Best steak in my life (florentinian steak on bone is the must), good price for wine bottles, great toscan appetizers and wonderful desserts! Recommend it for everyone wanting a taste of real Florence

10/10Wow ! What a beautiful night we had . The food was absolutely amazing and the staff had no problem catering for me (I am a coeliac). They are so passionate about the food they serve and the experience the customer gets ! We love you guys ! Many thanks for a wonderful meal and a beautiful experience! 8/10A friend had recommended this and we had eagerly awaited our meal there. The ambiance is lovely, and the menu has the Florentine steak my husband had craved. Unfortunately even our drink order wasn’t taken after one hour. Just as I found a different restaurant to go to down the street, our waiter came to the table. From that point on, everything was fine, though nothing extraordinary. Food was good, wine was good, we skipped dessert because it was so late.

8/10It was my second time at this restaurant, and while the first time was perfect, something happened with the service this time. I'm moving over the fact that I ordered bistecca nel filetto and received biatecca nella costola (I was alone, so maybe they did not have a smaller piece of nel filetto for me), and also pass over not getting a steak knife. What bothered me was having to ask for coffee twice to receive it once, and even more having my bill wrong (with two bisteccas while I only ate one). Even so, I would go there over and over again for the food (bistecca fiorentina and their homemade chocolate mousse are very much worth the trouble).

10/10The food was amazing. The Fiorentina was outstanding and despite them being worried we ordered one that was too large (usually restaurants do the opposite), we "cleaned it up". The frittura di melanzane e zucchine delicious. Desserts surprisingly good. I had no idea this place existed and thrilled found it thru instagram. WILL GO BACK! GRAZIE E A PRESTO - SUSANNA

10/10Loved our food. The melon with mozzarella was so delicious - sweet and salty -a perfect combination. The tomatoes were absolutely the best ever! Loved our perfectly cooked pastas and our wine was delicious too. Had a great time reminiscing with Renaldo and enjoying limoncello with him and with our waiters. Great good, great service, very reasonably priced and away from the crowds of Florence.
