Best food experience so far. The seafood soup is excellent. Other dishes are at very high level. Try the sardines in a can. Service is very good.

We loved our meal at this delightful little restaurant. The staff was welcoming, and the food was delicious. We tried lots of different things. Our server was hilarious and we enjoyed bantering with him. He also had lots of great information to share with us. We highly recommend this place.

This restaurant was recommended by our B&B next door. The food and service were outstanding and I really enjoyed the waiter’s personality. He took the time to recommended the house favorites & an appropriate wine to go with it. At the end of the evening I finished with a Portuguese brandy and talked with him for a long while learning about the history of the restaurant and ares All in all the food was great, but the waiter made the night even better.

Enjoyed an early dinner. The service was outstanding with personal attention. We ordered several tapas to share. Loved the shrimp dish - the sauce was amazing. Will return to this great restaurant.

We found this restaurant just 50M up the street from where we were staying. We loved it so much we went back every night. The food was excellent. We tried a variety of dishes over 4 days. My favorite was the black pudding and the stew squid with shrimp. My husband's favorite was the Sea Bream. Nelson, the server, rocks! He made good food even more enjoyable with great attitude and service. He even arranged a birthday cake for my husband and directed the whole restaurant to sing Happy Birthday :-)
