I asked to have my beer with my food. My server brought it immediately and I refused. She argued with me, but returned my glass of beer to the bar, where it stood for about 20 minutes while we waited for our food. The server then brought the same glass of beer back to my table and tried to serve it to me. I refused and she argued again. She ended up bringing me a new beer, but with an attitude. She did apologize and later offered to reduce my bill by not charging for the beer. I told her I had accepted her apology and so I would pay for the beer. We ended the conversation cordially, but I suggested that it is best not for a server to argue with a customer. I would suggest that you train your servers a bit more in customer relations to avoid this kind of incident in the future. It certainly affected my dinner with my wife in a negative way. I do appreciate, however, that the server apologized and we were able to to leave on good terms with her.

The service was horrible. We had about 6 different waitresses serving our table. The level of rudeness was unprecedented. My friend found hair in her salad. When we told the waitress, she said that the hair probably flew in there somehow. She also said a few times it would take about 15 minutes, which took longer. Two other friends arrives a bit later. They received their food before their drinks and we had to remind the waitresses twice. Also, there were things missing e.g. someone asked for extra pesto and got it after again, having to remind several times. 2 of us ordered starters. 1 got hers first and I got mine when she was almost finished. Then came the main dish. A friend got her salad first and after about 10 minutes, I got my pasta first and when I was almost done, the rest got their pizzas. The service was not synchronized but above all, i have never experienced such rude and sarcastic comments from waitresses in Sweden before, let alone Twin City where I have been numerous times. Disappointing!
