10/10From arrival at UDDO, my partner and I always feel so welcome and relaxed. The staff is phenomenal through their interaction with us and not to mention the food! It is an experience worth repeating. Every bite takes you on a new journey. We leave every visit already looking forward to the next. 10/10 for sure !!! Thank you very much

10/10The sushi was fantastic and authentic. The tuna was especially great. I recommend the chefs special absolutely worth it. The service was also fantastic.

6/10The service was alright. We did not understand the menu and we’re two adults and two very young children. When we were ordering, we asked if they could make a simple avocado sushi roll for our daughter and another salmon avocado roll for one of the adults. They said no problem. When the bill came, they charged us 21 euros for each roll (42 total). The server also did not tell us we were ordering way too much food. We left there with a bill of over 160 euros on just food and water. It was a fortune and the quality was subpar. The sushi slices were cut way too thick to be enjoyable, were served on pretty warm plates so they were not refreshing and the tofu entree was humungous and came out way later than the rest of the meal. Thankfully they forgot to give us the edamame we ordered. Would not return unfortunately because while the waiter was not interested in guiding us to a reasonable meal, the rest of the service team as well as the front desk who assisted with my car being handled, were excellent.

6/10UDDO did not live up to our expectations despite the elegant and relaxed atmosphere, the decor inside the bar/restaurant is beautiful, inspired by japanese culture. The menu conforms to a hotel, few choices and unavailable dishes. But putting aside regular customers in favour of registered hotel guest is not Classy at all.

10/10The only word in the English dictionary to describe the overall dining experience at UDDO is OUTSTANDING! Impeccable service, brilliant craftsmanship and the highest quality ingredients used to meticulously create every masterpiece on our plates. The staff at this establishment needs to take a bow. Thank you once again for delivering the best dining experience we have ever encountered in the Algarve. We cannot wait to return.

10/10The restaurant was in our hotel, so glad we booked it because it was the perfect evening . Beautiful place, fantastic wine and amazing food, staff were all superb and we will definitely be coming back. Keep up the excellent work and high standards .

10/10It was a fabulous meal. The restaurant aims to be the best Japanese in the region and is on very good track for that. The food was a work of art both visually and culinary. Everything was exceptional from food and wine to service and ambiance. There are some good choices on the menu for people who do not enjoy raw food. The restaurant only opened a month ago. I definitely recommend it. Just go and experience it on your own.

10/10Absolutely amazing. The fish quality is incredibly high and staff is super friendly. Do not a cheap salmon nigiri, but instead follow the chef recommendations as you won’t regret it.
