10/10I honestly rate this as the most unique culinary experience I have had in a while. Sandro is a creative master. All the dishes looked and tasted like something we had never had but they were just exceptional. The tatar was accompanied by mixed berry compote and when I first saw the dish I was skeptical but fter taking one bite I was blown away. The tortellini was perfectly cooked and the combination of flavours was so good all the ingredients blended so well. The house red wine was well priced and tasted equally as good. Can't wait to visit again and thank you Sandro and Simone, you are an amazing team!
