Nouveau restaurant italien du quartier des Halles situé juste à coté de la Fondation Pinault, Uno propose les grandes spécialités de la botte : burrata crémeuse, vitello tonnato, minestrone, pâtes fraîches maison... Mais aussi et surtout des pizzas napolitaines réalisées dans la plus pur tradition, allant de la plus simple (margherita) à la plus noble ( l'Aldo Maccione à la truffe et au jambon de parme). UNO, c'est également la pêche du jour et une viande du moment cuites au barbecue, et des plats de saison préparés sous vos yeux grâce à une cuisine ouverte sur la salle.

The dough was superb, though the actual pizza we ordered turned out to be essentially the baked crust which was then piled with toppings - mozzarella, roquette, and cherry tomatoes - only after it came out of the oven. This was less 'pizza' and more 'salad atop dough' - which made it impossible to cut with the dull 'sharp' knives provided. As far as the atmosphere, we had a reservation that allowed us to 'choose' our table, but it was starkly evident that the staff at Uno were purposefully seating the young, 'attractive' people on the terrasse and at the most visible tables - a quite shallow practice.

Extremely loud, there is an issue with the sound system, the speakers. I couldn’t hear what the person in front of me or next to me we’re saying. The service was slow, clumsy and the drinks were very basic.
