Food was good however beer taps were turned off early and the beers served from the fridge were warm and had expired several months ago

The food was beyond good and the service excellent, unfortunately the bareness of the establishment let it down but considering the changes are due to co-vid 19 we should let that pass

We always enjoy our meals at the Upper Ross Hotel, the service, meals and staf are all amazing, we will let all our friends and famiky know that you are open for business again, they will be happy to visit

Very speedy and prompt customer service. Meals were very well presented and very tasty. All staff were very friendly and most helpful. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Beautiful friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble and food quick and delicious. We cannot return the waiters name, but he was very kind, friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Thought I might try my local, my bad. Ordered $39 rib fillet meal, definitely not worth it. Steak was like it came from woolies budget pack, very thin, about a dozen chips from maccas and a tiny salad. Restaurant very shabby, staff were nice but NEVER AGAIN.

It was great to be able to enjoy lunch at one of our favourite places Upper Ross Hotel,we were greated with a smile and the service by both staff in the restaurant was excellent, cant fault the service,nor the meal,my rump steak was so tasty.Cant wait to return soon for another delicious meal.

The staff member Nicole was very welcoming. She informed us we had to sign in. we were ushered to our table and informed that everything as table service and not to approach the bar of ordering area. We ordered some drinks then our meal Before we had finished our drink our meal was delivered to our table. The meal was presented perfectly. It looked fantastic and tasted even better. It was hot and the salad was fresh and just the right amount. We would highly recommend a visit to the Upper Ross.

We were the only 5 in the pub tonight. The young guy serving was as awesome as he is always . He’s fabulous with the kids and older ppl. Friendly , happy to chat . We love ur hotel
