8/10Went there with my wife, the service was fast the waitress was very kind and took her time to explain some things. We took a chicken wok, good . Urban 2.0 and makis also good. I think that their combination sushi formula is useless but twice a week they have a cheap formula for no limit sushi order Restaurant was cute

7.5/10Lovely went for my sister's birthday. The food was great and it wasn't to noisy. The only thing that could of been improved was the main course. 2 out 4 of us had to wait for the main course. But well worth the wait. The food was delicious. Definitely going back there.

9.5/10Very tasty and freshly prepared sushi. Very kind service. A few meters outside dining district this must be one of the best Sushi restaurants in Palma. We will return when back in Palma!

10/10Really nice japanese restaurant. The staff is professional and they take care you are sending à good time. The food was really good and tasty especially the tuna and salmon. The restaurant is modern and the decoration is really well done. Their creations are amazing and tasty. I really recommend you to book your next dinner to Urban Sushi

10/10I have been to Urban Sushi a couple of times and I always enjoy it. The Sushi is delicious and very well presented. The ambiente of the restaurant is also very nice.

4/10Unfortunately the service was appalling and the sushi didn’t taste as good as it would normally have after 45 minutes wait for the sushi (only 3 tables in the restaurant). We kept seeing others who came after us being served and those in being brought their second round. When we finished our tray, we order the unlimited sushi, we asked for another maki set and were told the kitchen was closed and they couldn’t do it. I will let you imagine our surprise after the endless wait and after not being asked if we wanted any more before the kitchen closed. They gave us a complementary drink each, so not enough for the appalling experience
