The chuleton steak we ordered was huge, about 2 kg, for €82. 4 of us couldn’t finish it. Overall beef flavour is good and tender, but the perimeter was very chewy due to tendons. Salad fresh and soup good tasty.

We came across this restaurant while walking around, booked on The Fork for the same day. They had our booking, service was good. They automatically gave bread and olives, I guess we could have declined. Lovely Pichana. Discount applied to the bill. Great value.

At first we were showed to a table in the main room. But then a hostess interrupted and moved us to the back room in a rude manner. There we waited for a while without anyone asking if we would like drinks or even a menu. I ordered an aperitif but it never came. When we got our food both of our steaks were totally undercooked. When we got them back (the same steaks) the way we ordered them of course the fries were cold. Whole service was affected by weird sense of haste. Waiters were rushing for no apparent reason. Kitchen staff members were going back and forth through the dining room carrying a plastic bag (don’t know what that was about). The whole evening was ended with two staff members having a loud verbal argument inside the dining room even though us and other customers were still finishing our meal. One of the waiters even warned us when we were leaving to pass the brawlers carefully “because the sparks are flying”. Altogether not a pleasant experience to say the least.

Very nice environment ! The steak ( black angus) was very good ! Including the side dishes, especially polenta! And the wine was excellent!

Meat quality on point, and it really is the focus of the meal. Careful with ordering sides or appetisers as you might not be able to finish eating it all!

Two adults and two children eating steak. Lovely service, kind staff. Had a teeny human and they were great. Steaks were really well cooked and sides were fab. House red was fine.

Service was satisfactory, food was satisfactory but we were ushered to a the rear of the restaurant where we felt we were not getting the real vibe of the place. It is only average as a venue for an evening out in a lovely city . Better venues available.

The first greeting was not what we expected after the reviews but the second waitresses was very knowledgeable about the wine and the food.we ordered steak and salmon both excellent veg was ok though good atmosphere and a gem outside the main area
