We found this restaurant by chance and what a find. Set in the prettiest location but with clever modern design it has an air of sophistication. It is a small menu of carefully selected traditional Portugeuse dishes, plus one long standing family recipe form Madagascar. The Prawn curry with roasted exotic fruits was exceptional!!!! They have a large selection of good wines and the service is very good, very personal and helpful.

The restaurant was amazing. Although the menu is very small it was everything and more. Perfect we will definitely return. We were welcomed and felt completely relaxed

It is a family run restaurant, Renato taking care of the guests and his mother preparing the food. Everything we tried was excellent but the “borrego de casamentos”, the “tibieza de bacalhau”, the tijelada and the home made fresh bread were truly fantastic! Congratulations Renato and team for the extremely friendly hospitality that made us feel at home.

The food was fantastic and service excellent. We cannot fault a thing. Thanks for a lovely evening!
