We dine a this restaurant every now and then, because we don’t go out much. But when we do, e always choose this one, due to the food is good and well presented, the service is very friendly and professional and the ambiance is comfortable. We sincerely recommend it.

This restaurant was terrible for both food quality and service. When our meals arrived two plates were not what we ordered and we were told by the rude waitstaff that this is how it comes. And it can’t be changed. Very disappointing

Bar service Rob is amazing, Restaurant service Tina is also Amazing, kitchen lady chef has bee there for years also amazing! We will be back! Varsity is our local ALH ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Was really good overall, especially great having a kids area. The meals all came out at such different times, some of us were finished when other meals hadn't come out yet all ordered at the same time

Service is always excellent but there is very little options for vegetarians and vegans. What is on offer for vegetarians is tasteless and unappealing. Other people in our group who were not vegetarian were happy with their meals.

Visit there frequently & find the staff friendly & helpful, food is usually terrific and good portions, kids area is fun, sufficient for the capacity and sound resistant.

Great spot when dining with kids. Food wasn't overly good but may have been what I ordered. Was expecting flavoursome bao buns but they were underwhelming. Play area was good

Meals were fairly quick and nicely cooked . Clean up after was a bit slow but not a problem. Staff were friendly. Bar staff are excellent. It was a fairly quiet night so background noise level was nice to be able to enjoy conversations at our table.

First time diners here for Lunch altho' frequent for a drink/play. Meal looked lovely; but was totally disappointed with my medium/rare Steak???? - tough as boots & it was so gristly. Has put me off steak for a while now ....

The food was fantastic, especially the fillet Mignons which were cooked to perfection! Charlotte and Will were very attentive and looked after us well. The indoor kids playroom is a MASSIVE bonus, it allows us adults sit back and relax knowing our kids are having fun and are safe. Thanks Varsity!

I have been attending this hotel for over the last 3 years and the staff on the bar and management has got very poor and tonight was the worst experience I have ever had staff were more instructed in have laughs and service there friends and relatives not the general public
