I made a reservation for tonight's canteen at 'veg & the gang antiguo let it V', a sushi restaurant. I ordered tabla omakase for 50 euros in their 'carte' which they didn't offer us a fork discount. I am confused and feel cheated because: 1. They told me the tabla omakase is a menu, but actually it is not, it shows in their 'carte' as a category, and it only contains some sushi (the table omakase I ordered finally shows 16 piezas de sushi, 4 niguiris and 1 seta). 2. Then they told me they already gave a discount but I feel cheated as well. Even if we choose the most expensive sushi *16 and niguiris*4 in the 'carte', with this number it will never reach over 50 euros. 3. Finally, when I was writing this letter, I saw in the fork, they provided a menu with the same name (tiradito de shitake 6 piezas + 6 nigiris + 16 piezas de sushi + mini ceviche + dessert), but it is not the same as we what we had. I think they were playing tricky. Last but not least, we stayed there waiting for 50 mins to get the first water and they first served the get in people who did not carry offer. They did not really care about the fork customer and they played a lot of trick on us. At the end we had to pay because they said we had already eaten and it was our responsibility to ask if there was a discount for every plate. I fully complain about this resteraunt, not only the trick they played and also their bad service, I think fork should not collaborate with them to cheat more customers. More importantly, I would like request a money back becaue the food regarding the price is not worth it. Hope no one will suffer this experience again. -------- Me quejo totalmente de este restaurante, no solo de la mala pasada que hicieron con el precio sino también del mal servicio de esperar más de 50 minutos para conseguir la primera agua. Si vas con tenedor es mejor consultar el precio con cada plato, no te dirán nada. Espero que nadie sea engañado en el futuro.

Lugar muy agradable con una oferta de comida francamente buena. Una parte a mejorar seria la tardanza en servir, comprobamos que las mesas que que pedian menu eran servidas mucho m´s rapido, nosotros escogimos carta y el srvicio no fue agil.

We've been to this restaurant 5 times before and every time something was off but we really really wanted to give it a chance because either the food was great or the service was great. It seems the owner and cook has changed with the change of name of the restaurant. The names of the dishes and prices stayed mostly the same, but everything tastes very different. It used to be such an explosion of flavors and now it looks nice and tastes ok but nothing compared to what it used to be. Maybe, if we didn't knew this place since it opened, we would have a different opinion. It is the 6th time that we can't order the drinks that we want (usually the coctelero wasn't there, now we couldn't even order lemonade). We were disappointed to be sat at the "worse" table in the corner, when all of the beautifully decorated middle part (at least 8 tables) was free and stayed free. I really don't understand why we were not allowed to sit where we wanted. We can't complain about the price, as we used the 50% offer. Service ok, ambience beautiful, lots of vegan options.

Fuimos a comer 2 personas, especialmente por el veggie sushi, a lo que llegamos al restaurante y nos comunicaron que no había sushiman este día, cosa que nos podrían haber comunicado. A todo esto, nos dijeron que podíamos pedir los niguiris y así lo hicimos, más unas croquetas que estaban correctas pero nada más, y unos noodles trufados que si estaban muy ricos, justamente con los edamame. Los “niguiris” si se les puede llamar así, no tenían sabor, ni buena apariencia. El “arroz de sushi” parecía arroz hervido sin sazón ni gusto alguno. En resumen no recomiendo este sitio para comer sushi.

Nos gustó mucho este sitio, quizá algo caro, pero la comida está muy bien. El camarero que nos atendió estaba algo perdido porque era su primer día y no hablaba bien castellano, pero nos atendió muy bien.

The ambience is amazing, fitting the modern interpretation of vegan sushi. The food es very good and even more than simply “vegan sushi”. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes of great quality. It is a bit pricey but worth the experience.

Entendemos que llegamos a las 21:30 cuando teníamos reserva a las 22:00h y tuviéramos que esperar. Le dijimos a la persona que nos atendió si volvíamos o podíamos quedarnos. Nos dijo que esperáramos en la barra que nos preparaban la mesa, cuando todas las mesas estaban preparadas. Nos hicieron esperar sin ofrecernos nada para tomar hasta las 22h me pareció una falta de respeto y de trato ya que le había dicho de volver mas tarde. La comida nada especial y sin el descuento es caro. No volveremos ni lo recomendáremos.

La comida es excelente pero la cantidad es poca, almenos para los platos calientes, que se supone que es un plato principal. Pedimos dos tapas, un plato de sushi (8 piezas), un plato caliente y un postre. Lo mejor el sushi aunque alguna pieza se desmontaba y el plato caliente. El.servicio puede mejorar aunque es bueno. El restaurante es muy chulo, pueden sacarle más partido, al ser un local muy grande si no se llena parece que estas solo cenando y queda algo triste. Creo que podrían hacer o organizarlo de otra manera para ganar en este aspecto. El postre, aunque algo caro comparado con otros sitios, muy bueno.
