I had the carne crudo and it was amazing. Especially with the toasted hazelnuts and cheese. I also had the braised beef which was so tender I didn't even need a knife! Great wine list.

Appetizer was warm, not hot. Shrimp was good. Salad was servers without dressing. We had to request it. White truffle pasta was too buttery and noodle too thin to carry flavor of truffles. The beef with wine was excellent. The ravioli with white truffle was very good. Service was slow and non attentive. She forgot to serve coffee so we left without it. Panna Cotta was good. The baba was fair.

Disappointing. Our first dish of soft egg with truffle was very nice, the next two were ordinary at best. Service was indifferent. Nice space, but no energy in the room. We cannot understand why Ventuno 1 has a Michelin notatation versus so many other wonderful restaurants in Alba. We will not return

This was our first time dining at Ventuno.1, and we will definitely be back soon. The wine list is incredible, and is a must-visit for any wine lover. The menu offers a large selection of creative and delicious dishes, all presented beautifully. We absolutely loved our meal here. Grazie mille Ventuno.1 team!

Thé food was excellent and beautifully presented. My husband is gluten intolerant and they had plenty of options even gluten free pasta which he said was divine. The service was impeccable

We have Chosen the restaurant due to its listing Guide Michelin. Not sure how it made it there. It seems the restaurant is trying hard to make a difference to the classical piemontesian ones.

The service was very nice, however I felt that we (a group of 19 English-speaking people) were somewhat taken advantage of as tourists - the tajarin pasta looked more like spaghetti, not homemade, the amount of truffle on it was very little for the price (45€ dish). The rest was great - great presentation, good wine list, so overall quite happy.

Nice , comfortable restaurant. Good wine list and very good food. Prices were reasonable for what is a medium range eaterie. Staff were accommodating. My daughter is vegetarian and they coped well with that. We would recommend this restaurant as a good solid choice.

Excellent! We split a pasta, dessert and both had a main. The pasta we had was simple, butter & truffles but it was so good! Fresh pasta with shaved black truffles. The suckling roasted pig was also excellent. The dessert we shared was a panacotta the best. ever had in a restaurant. Service was friendly and helpful.

Quality of the pizza I got was outstanding, enjoyed the meal. Ventilation of the restaurant itself could be better, was rather warm. Overall, highly recommended.
