I'm not sure there is a better view in London for dinner or drinks. With that, we wish we had just stuck to drinks. There could be lines around the Tower of London for this place if only the menu was broader and the food a higher quality. Still, I will be back for beer, fries, and the killer view of Tower Bridge.

The restaurant was very welcoming and staff friendly. Food was really nice at a very reasonable price. Would return if back in London. The manager was very helpful as we had to add an additional guest, which he kindly sorted for us.

The staff were excellent, very attentive. It was lovely sitting by the window and the restaurant temperature was just right for us. The moules and black forest brownie were delicious, I would have liked more asparagus in my tagliatelle.

The service was good & location nice but unfortunately the 1/2 chicken meal was very dry and lacked any flavour and the red velvet prawns were effectively just crunchy deep fried prawns with a red crumb coating. That does not make me think of velvet by any means.

Great venue and backdrop of Tower Bridge - shame the quality of the food didn't match the location! It was mediocre - burgers were overdone and somewhat tasteless

The food was of a good quality but service was slow. Big space, could have dropped me with some music. Great views and the staff were very polite.

The staff were really friendly. Only there are something should not happened in such restaurant, which was the tea arrived without giving the tea bag but just water n the tea set arrived without giving a plate. The table was abit small for put the dishes. But overall we had a nice time there. The bathroom super clean with hand lotion too.

We thought we would be in the Hotel sitting on cosy sofas, like we had done a few years ago. It was a pleasant visit but would of been nicer if it had been in a cosier setting. We were kept waiting 30 minutes after the time we had booked i.e we booked for 4pm and we had to ask to be served around 4.30pm. The waiter that came to us was very apologetic and offered complimentary drinks and the afternoon tea was very nice when it arrived at our table.

餐厅位于酒店一楼，靠窗的位置可以直接看到伦敦桥，地理位置绝佳。食物味道不错，虽然没有完全到位，但是可以给四星。餐厅比较大，环境氛围很好，服务员态度也挺好，食物价格合理公道，如果在附近游玩，来这里吃饭确实是一个很不错的选择。晚餐之后，门外就是亮着灯的伦敦桥，很漂亮。

The restaurant is located at the foot of the Tower Bridge and it is easy to find. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the duration of our dinner. Our meals were delicious and the ambiance was fab - not too busy as we thought it would be given that we were on Saturday. We'll surely go again when in London.

The food was a little disappointing - the sandwiches were not fresh - but plentiful. The tea was a disaster with teabags being given with a pot of not boiling water and the "refill" we were given was a top up of hot water onto already weak teabags. The staff were good, doing their best without understanding how to properly make tea! Also the food was not as described on the website and the price was almost £10 pp more than advertised. Overall disappointing.

The place has a great view, the staff were lovely. We had some issues, ordered some food and took ages to come and one didn’t come at all, we had to ask the waitress and after 20min the starter came, (she apologised and didn’t charge for this bite), i had the mussels and my fiancé the burger. The mussels was soooooo salty I eat the mussels but the cream was impossible to eat. My fiancé burger the meat was so rare he couldn’t finish it. Best part was the nachos and the padron peppers.

Half of the items on the menu I was told when ordering were not available. An hour after I saw others have what we were told couldn’t be ordered. The service was slow and when asked for items like salt, I had to re ask and wait 15 mins for whilst the food got cold
