Where do I begin? Only to say this was the first time we visited Victoria hotel, Dinner was booked for 7:30 PM. Friday the 22nd, we arrived on time and was escorted to our table, we went straight to the menu and went to order what we were going to have for dinner, to be told what we have chosen was not available so please choose something different so we did, Then was told there was up to 40 minutes wait before dinner could be served, reason we don't know. One hour later. We had noticed that all the other tables in the dining room were being served with their dinner order, 30 minutes later, we are still waiting for our dinner to be served, realising something was wrong. I approached the manager and asked if they could please see what the hold up was with our dinner order. Soon after, the manager had returned and told us there was a computer error and our dinner order, had not reached the kitchen, and by this time, the kitchen was closing up. The manager was deeply sorry for the error. We do realise it was not the manager's fault. But what was more surprising? Is that the manager took the full responsibility? Which I have high respect to the manager for doing so. We were given a full refund and was offered complimentary pizza which we did decline the pizza. Hopefully, it would not happen again as we would love to come back and experience the great taste of food that we have been told about.

Yet another great dinner at the Victoria Hotel. We were both well satisfied with our meal and the staff are exemplary. The Vic has become our favorite eating establishment as we regularly stop in for lunches as well as making bookings for dinners, We appreciate all the efforts of everyone involved in making our dinner as excellent as in the past. Please pass on our thanks to all of your staff as they make the venue different to most restaurants. All our best.

I ordered the senior's grilled steak' and it had a great deal of gristle so this was very off-putting. I was very disappointed in the meal.

We love the Vic it’s our go to pub. Always enough team members on to get great service. The guy taking the meal order was excellent and super funny ! Our kids were dressed up for book week and he played along with them playing their characters!

Meals always beautiful. Have been several times. However, Just make sure the person taking your order puts down your desserts. We waited 45mins and nothing. Husband went to check and girl comes back with receipt and says they weren't on our order. So we left having no desserts and disappointed.

My meal was ok (fish) but my wife's roast meat was very poor. Was it because we ordered seniors meals and got the scraps. Only the meat was not up to standard, the rest of the meal was ok. The desert was a good price and standard.

Shank Korma was good and tasty. Steak sandwich was very good and needed the egg and bacon to finish it off. Snitzel was very small on a large plate. Looked like an over size nugget! Overall good.

We went with friends and enjoyed our evening. The food was really good except I found the ribs had somewhat changed, they were very sweet and the sauce was very thick which took over the chips etc so everything tasted the same. This dish was really disappointing for me but everyone else enjoyed their porterhouse and fillet steaks and the barramundi. Service was very good accept the male bartender who seemed preoccupied.

Party of 10 for a couple of birthdays. Orders taken with no hassle. Food & drinks came out with a smile. All meals seved at the same time which is a bonus. Everyone was pleased with their food. Sat by the fire which pleased the ones who feel the cold! Been a while since we had a meal there but wont be as long for the next time. Thanks everyone

Today, we had the salt squid & bao buns as entree's, very nice, Scotch fillet unfortunately very average, Chicken burger very fatty, grilled senior fish apparently very nice. Chocolate cake, apparently very nice, apple & blueberry crumble apparently 5/10. Staff were a bit flat today, it makes a difference when the staff are happy and engage with you, which didn't happen today, other than the gaming manager who didn't charge us for the dessert's, along with two glasses of wine, after being disappointed with the main courses. Which was much appreciated.
