10/10A seguire in italiano. It has been an amazing dinner that we found out last minute. Strengths of Vief are attention to details and their kindness with guests (even if not Dutch). You can really feel the passion that they have for this work. The dishes were not so big but we were aware of this. The experience was in the taste: the refine presentation of the dishes was great. Our waiter was kind and really friendly in explaining us the menu since was not available in English. Una sorprendente scoperta. Punto di forza L attenzione ai dettagli specialmente nel servizio e nella preparazione dei piatti. Personale disponibile nello spiegare ogni portata, nonostante la differenza di lingua. Ampia scelta anche per piatti vegetariani.
