6/10The waitress just forgot about our order, we were waiting for drinks for 40 minutes and food - for over 1,5 hour. In the end she excluded a juice from the bill as an excuse, but didn’t apply the fork discount.

4/10The waitress was very kind but incompetent. The dessert was supposed to be cheesecake but looked like soup literally, it was served in a bowl and had liquid in it.

4.5/10Waitress was very nice and tried to make the best out of the situation - she was alone in the restaurant, but still as I said she was great. The food took really long and was only okay. Wouldn‘t pay full price for the food.

7.5/10Food was very good, but the service was a bit rocky. Glasses weren't cleaned properly, and after receiving one dirty glass, we asked for a new one (which we got), but this wasn't 100% clean either. The second glass was better, but not perfectly clean as you would expect. Food was, as previously said, very good.

6/10I’m not sure this is a restaurant. This restaurant is on the ground floor of a hotel. It looks like a restaurant but we stayed at the hotel and this restaurant was open one day out of four. My partner and I and one other family were the only people eating in the restaurant. It does not have an operating kitchen. The food is brought from the restaurant down the street. The quality of the food at the restaurant down the street is good.

8.5/10Though a hotel restaurant, the food was pretty good. If you want a spot that isn’t too busy and has a low noise level, this is your spot!

8/10The place is ideal for a casual meal, and the food is original but clever - and delicious. But it is not easy to locate as it is attached to a hotel, and the name ”Vienna 1st” is not visible. Suggest that you mention the hotel as a location.

7.5/10Affordable and quite ok cuisine. The restaurant is owned by the Mercure 1st Vienna hotel. Service was polite but the food came slower than expected. Value for money overall

7/10I did not realize from the entry in the Fork, that this was inside a hotel - and essentially an extended hotel breakfast buffet and not a brunch menu with a restaurant. The food was good, but not exceptional. There were no fresh egg or juice options. As such the brunch price was pretty expensive. Would not come again for that.

5/10This is a restaurant in the Mercure Hotel. They are not used to have guests for breakfast who are not staying in the hotel. The lady there was not aware of the reservation. Food selection is somehow ok but quality is really low - almost nothing fresh and lots of convenience products. When asking for the bill she did not know what to charge and asked for too much. Luckily I could show her the price in the reservation details. Will definitely not come back!!

10/10Quite romantic and excellent, tasteful decor, polite staff (Wiktoria) excellent food. It's rare in this area to find a restaurant where everything seems to be made with love. Food is excellent. Has a very homemade taste and portions are in the right size. Great specials and deals. Food is wonderful. You definitely get your money's worth

8/10We get at the restaurant at 20:30, we ordered at 21, and the plates are arrived just at 21:50 We asked for the water 2 times, cause the waiter just forgot it the first time and after the second time its took 15 min for a water If you thinking that its because the restaurant was full, it wasn’t, there was 6 tables ( and when we arrived there was just 3 ) So we waited for our dinner from the moment when we arrived there for 1 hour and 20 minutes The gin tonic was just half of glass, the waiters are not looking at the tables, for order another one we tried to call a waiter for 10 minutes The food was good btw, but not for wait for it for 80 minutes
