9.5/10We have been visiting Acquasparta for a month long vacation and have been to the restaurant 4 times. Each time the food has been very good and an even better value. When weather permits, having dinner in the garden is a special treat. We have enjoyed the meats cooked on the open fires, the fresh pastas with original fresh ingredients, along with good wine and even good cocktails The staff has always been attentive and provides excellent service. This is a restaurant to put on your list!

Il ristorante si trova nel centro storico di uno dei borghi piu belli d'Italia. Ha un fascinoso giardino interno di 900mq dove si mangia sotto un pergolato di un'antica vigna. Bqq a vista e coctails internazionali completano un'offerta legata principalmente alle eccellenze del territorio. I gestori sono gli stessi di un famoso ristorante e albergo diffuso che ha fatto la storia nella zona dal 1997 al 2014....il Castello di Casigliano con la sua Locanda Il Re Beve
