It is indeed a beautiful setting. My disappoint comes from the fact that I ordered a dish that consisted of a skewer of pork and vegetables. The description mentioned gorgonzola which is one of my favourite cheeses. When the dinner arrived there was one skewer with about 6 pieces of food about 5 cm each, only two small pieces were pork, the rest zucchini and one red pepper roasted, no hint of gorgonzola at all....maybe the cheese was in the sauce but I really couldn't taste it. We had booked online which gave a 20% discount, could this be why only one small skewer?
Luckily the desserts were fantastic, but I would not rush back to have a special meal there again as the skewer portion was ridiculously small for 12 Euro. My friend had the rabbit which was okay with three slices of meat but dry, so overall the mains were disappointing. Our waitress was very good, attentive and helpful.
