Hola Juan Antonio, lamentamos el fallo que ha experimentado. Cerramos todos los botones de reserva antes de irnos pero al parecer no se hizo correctamente. Espero que nos pueda dar otra oportunidad ya que la valoración que hemos recibido no corresponde con nuestro servicio sino con un fallo técnico. Nuevamente le pido disculpas.
