10/10I recommend to visit the museum first and afterwards to enjoy an unforgettable dinner. We expected to see a number of their own made arts but the variety and beauty made us speechless. What we have not expected but were more than surprised is exceptional service of the staff. The food is brilliant while being paired by a huge wine book (not list), making the whole occasion memorable. Thank you so much for this fantastic evening.

9/10Beautiful restaurant, breathtaking view and surroundings, the Lalique magic. We took a menu "Valse", and that was spectacularly served. As far as the cuisine is concerned, very elegant and modern, excellent arctic char, excellent foie gras served in a cocoa butter casing, excellent desserts. Many different small tastings get onto your plate, to open your taste buds. However, too much "espuma", diced citrus -which I love- hides on some occasions the very subtle other tastes, and there is not enough juicy final "deglacage" or *jus de cuisson" that gives the wonderful finish of a dish. As an example, the "paleron " may better served with just its own juice. Very good wines, you can go by the glass. To recommend for a wonderful memory of sitting in a jewelry box!
