"Thanks to its buying capacity and knowledge of fishermen, Vin & Marée gets the best catch in the evening every day directly from the ports of Brittany or Normandy. C'est pourquoi l'ardoise varie chaque jour en fonction de la pêche de la veille, ce qui garantit la fraîcheur des produits.

The dishes are tasty and you will be treated to the full bass grilled with butter or different trays of 'wine and tide'.

The wines are carefully chosen directly from the owners for a harmonious marriage with the fish. Please note that from September 2011, you will be offered delicious homemade bouillabaisse."

Lovely classic setting, and simply amazing food and wine. The mixed seafood entree was brilliant, especially the smoked salmon. The mix of St Jacques and gambas as main course was perfectly prepared and tasted absolutely wonderful.


Service was quick, friendly and witty.


Absolutely recommend the restaurant!

Vin et Marée Montparnasse is one of our favorites in the 14th and never disappoints. The service is impeccable but friendly and the food always pleases, so we go back every time we're in Paris, usually several times. Outstanding.


Vin et Marée Montparnasse est l'un de notre restos préférés. Il n'est jamais décevant, avec service impeccable mais aimable, donc nous y retournons chaque fois ou nous rendons visite à Paris, normalement plusieurs fois. Excellent.

It all started with the horrible service. A waitress, an older woman of Asian appearance , dabble our expensive wine to glasses as for pigs, quickly, and spraying some on a white tablecloth. When it was time to update the wine, she repeated the same, while pouring wine on the tablecloth even more, looking as if everything had to be that way. Then they brought the oysters which were many fragments of shells, and which were already dead, of course could not be a speech about the reaction of DEAD oysters with lemon juice...the lemon was old, dry and even a little brown...and the crab...which was brutally crushed, with ugly crooked bones... On a hot dish, nothing to say, ordinary fish, the level of the bistro. I think that 85 euros is too much for this crap, and especially with such waiters. Disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone. In Paris enough other GOOD restaurants.

une brasserie très correcte autour du poisson et fruit de mer. Un soufflé qui ne déçoit jamais....mais au final malgré le% appliqué une note un peu "hot" surtout conséquence des boissons
Donc merci la fourchette!!!!
