8/10Good Maitre D' , a lady with great experience and knowledge. Would have been good to know that had to ring doorbell for entry as when we arrived did not know if open. Lovely wine and food except octopus felt quote dense and would have been better with good sharp steak knife. Lots of nice extras like amuse bouche. Nice ambience with eclectic furnishings.

10/10Looked forward to visiting for a long time, and was not disappointed! Eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants and this was every bit as good! Great friendly service, and lovely food! Highly recommended!!

10/10First of all the owners and their team are really great, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in their respective areas, the welcome we received when we rang the bell was really friendly and we were ushered in like old friends. Our table was set in their garden area and with the heat of July it was a very welcome cooling area. The menu is short, well thought, super imaginative with twists involving faraway peppercorns, unusual combinations of ingredients to create..well unusual and delicious sauces, accompaniments and flavours The chef-owner not only cooks like an artist but also take the time to served specific dishes to the tables with a good explanation of what's about to happen when he will lift the cloche from your plate..won't tell you more, you got to go and taste it for yourself All in all a great, warm, friendly and unique experience Give it a go you will be delighted

9.5/10Stunning food and lovely restaurant with attractive indoor decor and a green and shady outdoor section. Each of my 6 courses was close to perfect. I opted for the surprise menu. The food was not overly showy or complex but demonstrated great mastery of the art of layering flavours. I made sure to try a little of all the flavours on each dish at once. Each ingredient sung out in it's own turn in a fabulous sequence of flavours. Favourite courses were aubergine roll with pimento and sheeps cheese and the sturgeon with fish roe, piccilo peppers and meat jus. I went during an extremely quiet lunch service on Saturday, service was professional, polite and engaging throughout. Price came to 100€ which , given I had 4 glasses of wine , represents great value.
