9.5/10Amazing food. Each course was perfect. Great wine to pair with the food. On top of that the ambience was very relaxing and comfortable. Service could have been more aware of hands raised and questions, but they were extremely polite and refilled glasses etc.

10/10An incredible experience for our conference guests and I. As a vegetarian, it was a treat to enjoy absolutely wonderous courses, in addition to what everyone else was enjoying. A fabulous night all around thanks to Vineum and its staff.

8/10prima ontvangst, sfeer was goed. Eten een 9. Begin van de avond was de temperatuur in het restaurant aan de lage kant. De sommelier gaf extra vreugde aan de avond.

10/10Fantastic food and very good value for the 6 course lunch with wine pairing. It was quiet despite being Valentine’s Day, so the atmosphere was very relaxed and unassuming. There were some people doing informal business lunches too. Our waiters were absolutely lovely — we will return!

6/10Bad start: the place did not have a Spanish red bottle wine we opted for, but they suggested bottles that were completely different in type/grapes (e.g., French biodynamic), and more expensive. The waiter got upset that we did not like the suggestion, and decided to serve a bottle which was coming already open: this is the reason for a detractor score, as ti me this is not a behavior of a good restaurant. We should have refused to drink it and opted for water only, but we did not do for the sake to avoid spoiling our party for the birthday of one of us. The service improved towards the rest of the evening, but this start definitely makes me want to avoid this resto in the future.

3/10I’ve heard many good reviews (also from my friends) about Vineum, so I made a reservation with The Fork for my birthday. First of all, the welcoming wasn’t really hostile. We got a table near the door, so every time when it was opened, the cold air came in as well. All guests who had a regular reservation had tables upstairs, in a more comfortable room. Our area was for “50-percenters” as we were called my a kitchen staff. To my opinion, this is they way you downgrade your customers. If the staff cannot behave or accept that some customers use The Fork to benefit from promotions, then just do not offer any promotional dining. Nobody wants to be called “a discounter”, especially in a way that a customer can hear that. The food itself was OK. The waiter tried to be polite but he never asked if we liked the food, didn’t offer us tea/coffee with the dessert. When we finished our bottle of wine, he mentioned that it was the last one and went away without offering any other wine, similar to the one we drank. This is really unprofessional and impolite. Also I got a firework with my dessert, but not even a word “happy birthday”. All other restaurants I’ve been too congratulated their customers. Not that difficult to say something, right? Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied, it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. What makes it even more sad, that it happened on my birthday. No excuses that it was the evening before the lockdown - no matter what, Michelin plate restaurant should treat their customers in a proper and respectful manner.

5.5/10The entering of the restaurant didn’t felt quite welcoming, the first two dish was great, the bread was great, however I was disappointed by the main course, and the dessert, the waiting time is way too long and the taste of the fish was just a plan average...

8/10We had a great meal, food very tasty, beautiful location! One little disappointment: by making a reservation we had a 30% discount on the menu, this did not apply to desserts and nothing was said about it, we just saw it on the bill. That’s a pity.

VINEUM name comes from Latin and could be translated as the vineyard. The name indicates their love for wine, but it also refers to the beautiful fresh green accents in their city garden and the color of the device. The kitchen at VINEUM combines a high level with attractive prices. They are working with fresh- and seasonal products from the best suppliers.
