10/10A very nice location looking over a quiet old fashioned suburb. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Well worth the visit and will become a regular eating place.

8.5/10Nice location and very attentive and good service. The main meal was great the the starter and desert fine but not special. The olives (served with the aperitif) were "ordinary" and it is rare to get no biscuit or petit four with the coffee. Overall good and I would be happy to visit again.

10/10Excellent dishes and welcome ! We both enjoyed the Pulled Pork burger and Fish and Chips - the latter better than most offerings on the UK. This restaurant unusually does not offer a lunchtime menu, but was very busy on a Monday lunchtime so probably does not need to. Not our first visit and we will of course look forward to returning.

10/10Possibly the best meal out I have ever had in France. The English chef produced high quality, beautifully presented dishes and the waiter was helpful, friendly and very jovial. Yes, it is expensive, but an unmissable gastronomic experience. Highly recommended.

7/10The ambience and waiting staff were absolutely fine. However I dont know who cooked the roast potatoes but they were very very disappointing. You cannot offer a roast dinner and serve leathery roasties. They had obviously not been cooked in hot enough fat or left too long before they were served. The parsnips also were uber al dente. Such a shame

10/10Beautifully original food in a lovely setting close to The Charente. Great bottle of wine at a very fair price. This chef is top-drawer! Will definitely be back again.
