About the restaurant VinPearl Vietnamese Cuisine

Healthy, rich, tasty

The large picture of Na Trangh in the back of the restaurant will either make you nostalgic or jealous. This authentic Vietnamese cuisine makes Den Bosch a little bit better. A rich choice from hotpot, fresh spring rolls to pho (soup) is offered. Healthy food is not trendy here, it is real.

So great to find a nice Vietnamese restaurant in Den Bosch! Very good food, friendly service and everything fresh and tasty. The best part is the dishes are not overly salted or drowned in sauce where the flavor is nothing but the sauce itself. We truly enjoyed everything we ordered. Will definitely go back again!

Lovely food at Vin Pearl, a slightly hidden Vietnamese restaurant located at Den Bosch train station centrum side (facing the station, Vin Pearl is a few doors to the right of the bottom of the escalators). The space reminded me a lot of the many authentic Vietnamese restaurants one finds in Little Saigon in Westminster, just outside of Los Angeles: great flavors, reasonable prices and not fussy or pretentious. The service atmosphere at Vin Pearl is casual but warm and friendly (the owner speaks Dutch as well as English). He came out and chatted with guests and was very attentive. To those unfamiliar with the cuisine, he explains what to do with the various sauces, etc. (the first time around this sort of thing can be kind of intimidating, especially if you're shy or don't want to seem like a total amateur). I'm not such a fan of cucumber and when the owner noticed that I had removed mine from my dish, he said he'd be glad to make it without the cucumbers next time. In other words, the kitchen is flexible and accommodating. The price was also very reasonable for a Den Bosch dinner: the total bill for two people came to €37 and included one appetizer, two mains and two beers.

The Goi Cuon Bo (fresh spring rolls with beef) were excellent (delicious sauce!) as was the Bun Thit Nuong Dac Biet (a bowl of rice vermicelli, mixed together with egg rolls, grilled pork, and vegetables that is served with a perfect salty, sweet, spicy sauce on the side which you pour over the whole thing). I haven't yet tried the Pho here but am enthusiastically looking forward to so doing.

In terms of value, quality and overall experience, Vin Pearl ranks very high on my list of preferred dining options in Den Bosch.

Truly great food! Hidden gem! This is authentic, creative and fresh Vietnamese food at its best. The location is a bit hidden at the station and the interior needs a bit more spice and vibe but it's new and clean.

Most importantly, the food is really really good and super fresh, unique in the Netherlands. The menu goes far beyond the regular spring rolls and pho soups. If you know your Asian foods, you know this is high quality and original Asian/Vietnamese food. Try the banh mi for a quick snack or the do it yourself fresh spring roll menu! the healthy Vietnames as like Korean cuisine is slowly getting more popular in the Netherlands and this restaurant is a great ambassador of Vietnamese food.
