Lovely setting , could be a little more intimate and comfortable in design however the food is the reason to visit Vivo , it is exceptional . The dishes based on an Asian Hispanic mashup are brilliantly cooked and well presented . The Service is also well delivered and friendly . A few more soft seats and this would be a 10/10 . Pricing good value

The food was really disappointing. Staff were super nice and the place is beautiful do it's a pity. Not much taste, a pool of oil under the pad Thai. Luckily we had the discount because it was really underwhelming.

It was such a pleasant experience. The place is decorated with taste, the waiter Mirko was really nice and professional and finally the food was just amazing. From the look to the fast. I highly recommend.

Cómo vegano, pedí el "sushi" y "los tacos". El sushi de Kimchi riquísimo de sabor (aunque de maniobrabilidad bastante mal. Se deshace entero y se te cae todo). Los tacos (dos mini) no me gustaron demasiado. Lo que me parece una pasada son los precios. Y soy perfectamente consciente de los precios de Ibiza. Pero partimos de la base que está en Santa Gertrudis. Lo que me parece un insulto es cobrar 4€ por agua que ni siquiera es mineral. De hecho, con la nueva ley española, ese agua de grifo ni siquiera te la deberían poder cobrar. El servicio muy bueno

What a fantastic lunch we had here. The place is really amazing! The young owners are doing a sublime job, with a really fine and surprising menu. Most go there if you love good food.

Very interesting cuisine well explained by the Italian lady who runs the place which fits perfectly into the special atmosphere of the village Sant Gertrudis. The food is decorated in an artistic venue as well as the table as a whole. If you eat at nighttime on the terrace don’t forget your porch to discover all the details of the well prepared dinner.

What a discovery is this place. We arrived at Vivo Bistrot and the atmosphere what buzzing. Already people were drinking, eating and having an good time. That evening there was even live music. We were greeted by the host who sat us at a cosy table. The recommend starter was an unexpected treat in looks and definitily taste! After that we got our mains, again with excellent fish. The fishtartare blew me away. We chose the homemade Tiramisu for dessert. Another score for me! A perfect night out, wining and dining at Vivo Bistrot.
