About the restaurant Vivu

Subtle and powerful at the same time

Vietnamese cuisine is full of contrasts in color, flavor and texture. The fresh ingredients are nutritious. In restaurant Vivu these ingredients are prepared to an authentic Vietnamese meal. In an Oriental ambience here you’ll discover the versatility of pho. A broth which is the basis for many dishes. That’s the reason why this dish is in Vietnam on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course it’s only the beginning of a new culinary experience.

The food was really good. One of the best pho's I've tried in the Netherlands. The tables are a little bit too crowded, but there wasn't anyone sitting next to us. Had a great evening with good food!

I'm asian and asian food is always thing, especially noodle soups. I came to Vivu only for the pho and fresh spring rolls. It's okay but not that delicious and not so authentic. The broth is a bit salty to my taste. I do like the spring rolls and the sauces are yummy! The sweet dessert (banana in coconut milk) is delicious too, simply south-east asian taste. However if you're really fond of pho and if you happen to be in Leipzig, Germany, there's a small Vietnamese restaurant in the city center calles Soup & Nem that has the best pho I've ever tasted outside Vietnam. Close to authentic and you can taste the fresh clear broth in its Viet style.
